How to install this?

I am new to OneNote plugins and am not sure how to install this. I don't see instructions in the README.

This add-in is only for OneNote desktop app.

Just install it with the installation file (double click the setup.exe file). You can find the installation file from the release

or build the install file via the source code by your own.
