Add Support WebRTC-HTTP ingestion protocol (WHIP) muxer & WebRTC-HTTP egress protocol (WHEP) demuxer with an In-App WHIP/WHEP server

To enhance Moblin’s streaming capabilities, implement support for WHIP and WHEP protocols. This feature will enable super low latency streaming, allowing devices to connect with minimal delay. Additionally, it will facilitate seamless integration of participants by enabling them to join streams via web URL links, which can be added as SCENE > WHEP sources in the stream. Supporting WHIP and WHEP will improve real-time interaction, reduce latency, and provide a more flexible and scalable streaming experience for mobile users.
