ETSI SPATEM-MAPEM TS 103 301 v1.1.1

I am trying to encode/decode SPATEM-MAPEM messages but I get this error. asn1tools.errors.CompileError: Type 'OpenType' not found in module 'DSRC'.

Tested the asn1 spec file with https://asn1.io/asn1playground/ and compilation was successful. Thanks.
