Fixes and enhancements

These changes were made for Ropecon 2016. 9edc544b23f33fcc32c3bbfd680eee34a9ca27e9 fixes "My con" functionality for current browsers 5431a968f34adbd7cc1ef43f20c32a7ae546c9d1 makes multiday programs somewhat more visible. Currently it would just look like multiday programs are only for single day Rest is just UI tuning

Excellent, thank you! I'll have to look at this in more detail a bit later. A few months ago I started to port the code to ES6; that work is mostly complete, here. Then I got distracted by refactoring the base structure onto react + redux, and that's... ongoing.

I guess these changes would still be useful to have merged, would they not? At this point the PR seems to have conflicts, though only in the Makefile so that should be easy to fix.
