Sample Data

I've got this app mostly running, but it seem that much of the code (especially the mini calendar) expects there to be some results from the count_by_months MapReduce. However, I've not got any data yet, so it breaks. :(

I'm also not sure how to know what the desired JSON format is beyond guessing based on the MapReduce and the templates.

Would you be up for providing a handful of sample recipes to fill out the default installation?

I realize this is a side/personal project and that deployment information is pretty superfluous in that context. :) However, if I can get this going, I hope to provide some input into how it might optimized/simplified from the CouchDB side.
