client keeps trying to connect to server even if it doesn't work

It just keeps going, see the log dump below (specifically the timestamps!).

1. Connect using OpenVPN to a server
2. Disable the user on the server

This means that the OAuth tokens and the VPN configuration are revoked on the side of the server, so the client would need to reauthorize first.

What could explain this behavior? Why does it keep going like this? High frequency connection attempts. 10 minutes in, it is still going strong...
