Disable pasting from clipboard

Is there a way to disable pasting from clipboard? Not drag-n-drop, just the pasting from clipboard functionality.

A end user had complained about problems with copy-pasting images. It is occurring randomly (on Windows and Macs). Unfortunately, I cannot provide reliable steps to reproduce the issue.

If there is a configuration setting to disable pasting from clipboard, that would be nice.
