When loading pre-saved content in editor.js, the IMAGE plugin will activate onChange

When I insert plain text or information generated by other add-ons in editor.js via onReady, everything works fine. But when loading the same information, but with content from your add-on, onChange is triggered, how to fix it?

I'm having the same issue here. Any News on this ? I also realized, that if there are other blocks above the image plugin the onChange is not triggered.
