Add allowfullscreen to Vimeo embeds

Currently Vimeo embeds do not have the allowfullscreen attribute and can't be made fullscreen.

This attribute is already present on YouTube and other embeds, so this is just bringing some consistency.

util this is accepted, i will have to use embed outside of editorjs...
