deps: remove unnecessary forks

Context

Constellation consumes some of its dependencies from edgeless-related forks. Inspecting these forks, some turned out not to be needed anymore:

  • tink-go updated Bazel visibility in v2.1.0
  • go-sev-guest was pinned in #2429 with the comment "fix go-sev-guest library version to newer hash on main, because current release has debug prints". I did not verify that these prints have been removed, but they released 6 times since.

Proposed change(s)

  • Upgrade tink-go and go-sev-guest.
