Codegen based on schema

Is there any possibility of the Java library getting codegen options? I was thinking to use Gel to share a DB between my website and backend -- typescript works great for the frontend but couldn't find a solution for the backend.

If it would be possible, what kind of lift would this take? Would you be open to a PR?
