Feature Request: add a Prism version

Prism is a widely used syntax highlighter and would allow EdgeQL/ ESDL to be easily highlighted in markdown files with several markdown engines.

@vpetrovykh We should make a separate repo with Prism syntax. We can then use it in edgedb-website etc.
