Add --trace-connect (or similar) for debuging connection options

side note: it would be nice to log out more trace details of the very complicated DSN resolution algorithm to make this a little easier to troubleshoot)

(or even just add a nice table to --connect-help to show where each part of the DSN would be resolved?)
