New account is failing to login with Eclipse

I keep getting the same error:

Error Your Eclipse profile is missing a GitHub username. Please fill in the “GitHub Username” field in your Eclipse account and try again.

Although the github is linked in my eclipse account and there is a github username filled

i think your issue is similar to this issue #1080 if am i correct then you dont need to make this issue again .

@oreshytko is this issue resolved? In the past, we had a cache that was too aggressive that meant that changes to your GitHub handle was not detected for ~1hr. This has since been resolved, and should be closer to 5 minutes at most, if not immediately visible.
