doxygen2jsdoc and doxyport projects were archived, should we vendor them?
As a part of reviving the doc building and hosting, we should think about those two submodules. Right now they're still available under intel-iot-devkit org, but (a) they're archived and (b) might be removed unexpectedly as we don't control that.
This issue is to discuss the plan of action. I guess the simplest first step would be to vendor them in, to restore the original build process.
After that we could think of replacing it altogether, if there's any value in that (e.g., migrate to something like ReadTheDocs as one of the current standard solutions, if that is possible at all). @tingleby, what do you think?
I agree that we need to do something with those sub modules as they have been long since abandoned. I am not sure about vendoring them as those projects might not be the state of the art for achieving those goals.
