initially scroll arrow stuck

Description

In website when we go to end then at the end we have one arrow for come again top when we clicked that arrow then initially that arrow stuck for some time

Steps to reproduce

  1. go to website via live link
  2. go to the end of website

Affected modules

When we clicked the scroll arrow then the arrow shouldn't be stuck anymore

  • Browser : Chrome

On my machine using Edge it looks similar. However, on Firefox it works smoothly. IMO, we can just close this issue and/or remove the button altogether, as I don't think many are using it anyways. What do you think @kschrab?
