Mr. Tree layout stability

When using Mr. Tree, if any actions (moving up of node) are performed, all the branches are reordering for optimizing space. Could you provide an option where we could retain the original branch layout and apply layout only to the specific branch.

Stable ordering using klay tree algorithm

This used to be KIPRA-1707 back in the KIELER days.
