[Form] Form editor should have a regenerate button

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. In the EDM/Entity and Schema editors, there is a "Regenerate" button, than allows the user to quickly regenerate the project from template if a .gen file is available.

Describe the solution you'd like The Form editor should have a regenerate button just like the EDM editor.
