[Form] Implement "List" widget for Form Designer

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I'm building a UI that requires a "List" element that can display a list of dynamic elements.

Describe the solution you'd like Add the "List" Widget from https://www.codbex.com/documentation/platform/widgets/ to the Form Designer.

Describe alternatives you've considered Writing a custom list control. I'm not an expert in Javascript, so this would be difficult.
