Add "Image" widget to Form Designer
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I'm attempting to build a UI form that has an image with a company logo that is a clickable. My current use case is to go to an arbitrary URL, but I can see a need to also have it go to another part of my app or another Dirigible app, or trigger some sort of function in the app.
Describe the solution you'd like I'd like a new form widget added that I can specify an image and potentially also a link of some kind. The link should be able to reference another page in the dirigible project, a different project, any arbitrary web site, or call some code in the app itself.
Describe alternatives you've considered I looked at all of the available widgets as of 10.3.0, and don't see anything that fits the bill.
