[EDM] Lookup Dialog Widget to be Supported

Lookup Dialog widget to be supported in templates. It should behave similarly to Dropdown, but a dialog should be open where a table with entities should appear as well as a filter (if any modelled) on top. Once an entity is found and selected and on closing the dialog the value to be populated in the initial form.
