Support for HTTP/2 and HTTP/3

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. HTTP/1.1 is over 25 years old. I have always wanted the upgrade to HTTP/2 or more recently HTTP/3 due to its more efficient delivery model. This seems to be of significant importance in the considering the resource/cost constraints in this field
