Minikube 1.18 incompatible to operator

Hi,

It seems like the storage-provisioner of minikube is not compatible with the iofog-operator see: https://github.com/kubernetes/minikube/pull/8610 this will leave the controller-sqlite PVC in a pending state and the error logs from the reference PR. The effected docs are: https://iofog.org/docs/2/getting-started/quick-start-minikube.html
