Sine quality cant be changed

In tuning parameters the sine quality can't be changed after restarting it is still on low. The other parameter i can change. I'm on Manjaro Linux using openjdk 17.

I fixed the preferences bug, but I'm not sure I should build a new version: in fact for efficiency purposes I had locked the sine quality to LOW as, to my ear, I couldn't hear any differences at all. Not sure if I should provide all three options; just providing the options will slow things down a little bit.

I just wanted to see how low the noisefloor gets. From my experience signals with a lower noisefloor get "cleaner" results when used as audio rate modulator in vcv or something similar. But since i am not the most active user of flow and this use case is most likely rare, performance is more important.
