Hello, I am trying to predict EF from segmentation masks or key points (ED & ES). I am wondering if there is an available code for that.

Thank you! Hi, I also have the same problem. I want to try to calculate the EF score directly from the segmentation results. Have you found a good method?

I found some code, but I think this may not be the best method
