Alignment of EBUCorePlus with C2PA

C2PA stands for "Coalition for Content Provenance and Authenticity" and is a specific task within the CAI (Content Authenticity Initiative). The goal is a standard to be included in metadata sets of any type of content. EBUCorePlus should align with this initiative to provide compatibility with C2PA.
