eds-detail.pl needs to be updated for Bootstrap in 21.05+

The detail record view for Discovery records in version 21.05 displays in a single column. Links that are meant to display on the right side of the page, to be consistent with Koha's opac-detail.pl, are currently displaying at the bottom of the page.
