migration not generate comment for mysql

when modify DbComment value or add a new field in entity,migration generated sql without comment for mysql. it test ok for postgresql.

an other problom,when modify column properties,like length. when run migration,the column will lose exist comment

Ok. It isn't clear why it was closed in the first place per say - there isn't any related commit or PR etc.

Lets reopen it.
