It's not a issue, I made the payment work, but I didn't find any cancel ou refund example.

Hi. I see you opened this issue 5 years ago on the day of my birthday and got no response. I don't work for EBANX anymore but I'll try to suggest wiki changes on my free time, so the next devs hired by merchants don't get confused.
