Create package.json to prepare for publication
This file was created by running npm init and following steps listed at https://thelounge.github.io/docs/plugins/themes.html.
Once this theme is published on npm, it can be installed on The Lounge (as of v2.5.0) using the lounge install command.

@easymac @astorije I really like this theme but I can't install it via the recommended method.

No worries, I know how to drop the .css file in $DOCROOT/public/themes, I'm just giving this a push.
Yeah, @easymac would have to publish it on npm for that :/

edit: I forked and published to npm. you should be able to install with thelounge install thelounge-theme-neuron-fork
