Thumbnails not shown, when Lora file is located in subfolder

Describe the bug Thumbnails are not shown on the "Model Tools" tab, when Lora files are stored into subfolders of the loras directory.

After creating a thumbnail for a lora stored in a subfolder, the image correctly is written to SQLite. But the "Models Tools" tab does not show the thumbnail.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. create a dir "test" in your "lora" directory
2. copy a lora file into it
3. create an image with that lora
4. set the thumbnail for the lora
5. check the "Models Tools" tab where the thumbnail is not shown.
6. check the SQLite DB. The thumbnail is there but is not shown on the web-UI

Expected behavior Show the thumbnail on "Model Tools" tab

I debugged this further. After saving the thumbnail the UI tries to retrieve it from the bucket DB.

It tries to query the thumbnail from: http://127.0.0.1:9000/bucket/default/lora/test/lora123.png (when Lora-file is in subdir "test")

This returns a 404 error, because the bucket URL where the thumb was stored is actually http://127.0.0.1:9000/bucket/default/lora/lora123.png

This bug makes working with a larger number of Loras very difficult.

You can either put all of them into one directory without organizing them into categories to be able to see thumbnails. Or you can organize them into subdirectories and can't see thumbnails.

Merged in https://github.com/easydiffusion/easydiffusion/issues/1843 :

uploading thumbnail too lora is not giving any effect. I mean you can choose thumbnail, croop it and before you ask i click on lora name in Use the thumbnail for: LORA loraname

but nothing is showed. I refreshed browser and restarted ED, thumb is gone. And i think we would not mind if you guys with info picked from civitai to lora would download thumb as well. Cheers

edit// i found out (after many generations), that thumb you uploaded is shown in dropdown in embeddings AFTER you picked lora in image settings. Ok, but i must say that thumb showing in Model Tools is important too;]
