[BUG][MINECRAFT] Server.properties reset after restart

Describe the bug After restarting a minecraft server under spigot, it resets the configuration file (server.properties). After each restart it automatically resets the file.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to server minecraft
  2. edit the server.properties (example: set an password for rcon)
  3. Restart the server
  4. Check now the server.properties, file has been reset.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Windows 10
  • Browser Chrome
  • Version 86.0.4240.75

Additional context Server OS : Ubuntu 16.04 Recent Change : Easy-Wi Update / Plesk Update (Checked and functionnal)
