Update UTM links to professional program on the website

hey there @nkorinek @eculler we need to make a few updates to the eds website. Specifically we want to update the UTM link to the professional program in a few spots.

• there are two links on the landing page - one is the top bar and the other is an image on the page
  • Please note that if you see something like a top bar, more often than not it's an include file. An include file is a file that is writte once and then embedded into an html pages. by doing this you only have to update the single file and all pages that contain that include will automagically update. Include files can be found here:
