Thank you for great work. I was wondering whether you could elaborate on the followings

1. What is the motivation of using different learning rates ?
2. What is the number of epochs for all competing approaches ? Given competing approaches do not share the same prefixed learning rate, I was wondering the importance of prefixed learning rate.
