[18731] QNX Testing modifications

Description

Modifications required to enable Fast DDS remote testing on QNX environments.

Tests are run remotely on the remote server by setting CMake's cross compiling emulator variable to use a local proxy script that captures the environment for the test and launches ir on the remote by calling another script that replicates the enironment there.
