Add EOL message and direct users to new bsonpatch/bsonpatch fork

The project appears to be orphaned. I created a new fork and updated the code. The new fork is available at bsonpatch/bsonpatch.

This PR adds a notice to the old project's README.md directing readers to the new fork.
