Please add support for Windows in 32, 64bit versions

Hi,

I found that the program is interesting but not support windows in download sections. Please add the binaries for Windows.

There is Gonvim v0.2.1 x64 release but there is no 32bit release.

Gonvim v0.2.2 has no Windows release. Because golang/go#20982 needs to be solved.
