db_fpecr data pull accessing lower ranks

Is your data request related to a problem? Please describe. db_fpecr seems to only pull the top n ranks for each position. For example, only 119 WRs are in the current file. It appears that fantasypros has almost double the data available (252 WRs). ffs_adp_outcomes has nearly this many ranks per position too, so I think db_fpecr accessing lower ranks will allow the simulator to access these players rather than treat them as non-players as a result of the merge. This becomes very relevant for very deep bestball leagues
