ffs_rosters - rookies no fantasypros_id

Describe the data bug Rookies are not appearing in ffs_score_rosters. It looks like they aren't getting a fantasypros_id in ffs_rosters and I think this field is used to merge with adp outcomes (which has rookies with fantasypros_id).

Expected data Rookies having fantasypros_id populated in ffs_rosters. Ultimately, rookies being included in simulated projected_scores.

Yeah, I've been checking every Friday to see if it's fixed, but still not there this week.
