Road maintenance attends different road categories per shift
Would be nice if road maintenance could prefer different categories of road depending on shift:

This way you don't have residential areas infested with maintenance trucks in the middle of the night.
X = other stuff, eg. parking lot roads or any other weirdness that can't be classified by UI category as Small/Medium/Large/Highway.
As with #228, there could be possibility of different profile for weekday vs. weekend. For example, highway maintenance is more likely at weekend.
This is an interesting idea, and it would make the road service much more realistic. In the real world, no one will send a road service vehicle to a highway overloaded by the commuting traffic in the morning (which might happen in the vanilla game, I suppose).
However, this will require a complete rewrite of the service vehicle AI which might lead to a conflict with other mods altering the same AI (like TM:PE, for example).
I would check which changes are required to implement this feature.
The snow plows should probably be dispatched in a different way, however.
This would also prevent major flapping in income, as there is less income generated at night.
