making polybar/lemonbar work in sowm

so i wrote some code to make lemonbar work on sowm and i'm throwing it here just in case anyone needs it, the code is pretty straightforward so yeah it should be pretty easy to make your own modifications. i changed some stuff but can't really test it rn, but i'm pretty sure it still works. (If it doesn't, just comment here, i would appreciate it, also, feel free to give feedback)

so, more specifically, this patch does:

• keep your bar displayed on every workspace
• lets you put a gap in the top of the screen

(see config.def.h to see stuff that has to be set)
