FFF_FAV not working when path contains "~"

Set bookmark variable, for exmaple:

FFF_FAV1=~

Then open fff and press 1 won't jump to ~ directory.

However, set this variable

FFF_FAV1=/home/kevinthebest/

Press 1, fff will work well and go to /home/kevinthebest/. It seems that FFF_FAV variable doesn't work when it contains ~ in the path.
