Where to add the Trouble-Shooting Section ?

While I was trying to help solve Issue number 2 where it mentioned a Trouble Shooting Section I would like to know where and how I can add it.

@miguelmartins17 we should add it to the end of the README.md of https://github.com/dwyl/learn-flutter We will reference learn-flutter from the How? section of the flutter-todo-list-tutorial and advise/instruct people to get their PC/Mac setup complete before attempting to follow the todo list example.

We advise people to learn "basic elixir syntax" before attempting to follow the Chat Example.

@nelsonic It is necessary to repeat the installation steps of Flutter and Dart or we should simply redirect the person to the Learn-Flutter repository ?
