Hello, I got a very naive question here. I just wondered why the picture is made of little lines instead of little dots? And many of them are either horizontal or vertical(?) Is it possible to change this? Uploading image.png…

@zhaotao1987 I have the same issue when trying to dotplot my genome alignments. Did you find a way to fix this?
