How to see always hidden icons

Hello,

Also, Always Hidden feature is buggy. Sometimes, it works whereas some other times it does not.

I am not sure why or when exactly this happens. I also followed the following instructions (I think Ctrl+Click --> Right Click), but no help.

Could you please help me out?
