General Verilog-A model compilation use with Darwin/macOS

Open tmx-sr-64 opened this issue 9 months ago • 1 comments

Hello,

Is there a facility or methodology to use Verilog-A models in the Darwin/macOS environment? Compilation of Verilog-A models on Linux with openVAF is not a problem, but I ran into issues running the osdi model with NGspice within Linux ("Error: unknown subckt: ...")

However, as afaik there doesnt appear to be any macOS equivalent to compile with openvaf to generate the osdi from the Verilog-A model and run the bench macOS.

Any advice on those matters would be greatly appreciated.

Best, tmx-sr-64

Sorry - can't help for macOS. For the Linux problem I need more information's like ngspice version, netlist, output messages etc. You can also download binaries from this github and make a cross-check with your ngspice.
