4.0 doesn't display action required

Hi @dvingerh On 3.x version when there is a problem with account, pyinstalive indicates what's going on, like "challenge_required", "login_required", etc. On 4.0 version it doesn't indicate anything, and acts as if everything is fine even if it's not the case. If you can fix it, thanks in advance.
