Handling a nonresponsive node in resolve_conflicts()

If, the node list contains a nonresponsive node, resolve_conflicts() crashes with requests.exceptions.ConnectionError exception.

@ed-word Until so far, I have had only nonresponsive nodes. Did you find a fix?
