Error Equipping Items

I added player models in. and I can buy them, but when I click equip, it does not say its equipped. but it says it will apply next spawn. but it never does.

any idea why this is happening?

We need more information, what game are you using?, sourcemod and metamod version, store version and are you using SQLite or MySQL?
