ToggleNotificationCenterAlerts not disabling on Mavericks

Disabling Notification Center alerts is not working for me after upgrading to Mavericks

I've confirmed this and I'll see what I can do in a future release

Additionally the text in "Preferences > Actions" shows "The parameter ToggleNaturalScrolling..." for the ToggleNotificationCenterAlerts although this might only be a l10n issue ;)
